These terms govern your use of Nexus. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nexus to store or share content that infringes copyright, violates law, or harasses others. Don't try to gain unauthorized access, scrape at volumes inconsistent with normal personal use, or send spam. Don't resell or repackage the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that materially breach these terms.
AI output disclaimer
Nexus uses third-party AI (OpenAI, Anthropic) to summarise and analyse content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Always verify AI-generated content before relying on it for any decision of consequence. The service is provided “as is” with no warranty that AI output will be correct or fit for purpose.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Where reasonable we'll notify you first.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at USD 100. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the service or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
